The Florida Bar Attorney/Consumer Assistance Program 

The Florida Bar operates the Attorney Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP) for consumers who have questions or concerns about a lawyer’s conduct and who are open to resolving their concerns without filing a disciplinary complaint. ACAP personnel are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Staff attorneys are available between 10 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. You may also call the hotline to request a complaint form by mail.
